Shipping Destinations

Shedovo currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high order volumes, or address issues may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order begins processing.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be sent again.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders

If your tracking information has not updated beyond the estimated delivery period, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us through the Contact page on our website.

For damaged orders, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier before contacting us. We will help investigate the shipment whenever possible.

Any approved refund or replacement will be handled according to our Refund and Return Policy.
